Standalone Introduction

Blanch the banana slices in hot water at 80-90°C for 2-3 minutes, and then cool.

The banana slices are cooled on an air-cooled machine.
The banana slices is raised to the banana chips frying machine for frying, the frying temperature is 160-180℃, and the frying is about 3 minutes.
