Plantain Flakes Production Process:
- Peeling: Peel the skin of fresh plantain to prepare for subsequent processing. This process can be completed manually or semi-automatically.
- Slicing: Slice the plantain into thin slices of uniform thickness using a slicer.
- Blanching: The plantain slice need to be blanched in hot water for a short time to prevent oxidation and discoloration and improve stability during frying.
- Frying: After high-temperature frying, the surface of the plantain flakes is crispy and the color is golden, which is a key step in the production of plantain flakes.
- De-oiling: After frying, the plantain flakes have a high oil content, and the excess oil needs to be removed by a de-oiling machine to make the plantain flakes taste more refreshing.
- Cooling and packaging: The de-oiled plantain flakes need to be cooled in order to enter the packaging stage.

Equipped with an oil residue filter to extend the service life of the oil.
